What is Coaching?

Coaching will help you to get right to the root of your problems quickly and find the solutions that will work for you.

It’s positive, fast and effective so you’ll finish each session feeling great about yourself and confident that you can make the lasting changes you want.

How does it work?

Sessions are done via Skype so you don’t have to leave the comfort of your own home and can fit them in around a busy mum lifestyle.

We’ll get straight to the point and start with how you want to feel about your body. We’ll look at what might be getting in the way and how your own deeper rooted beliefs might be keeping you stuck feeling bad about yourself.

Then we’ll work on how you shift those negative thought patterns and create positive changes in your life to get you feeling amazing about your post-baby body.

The important bits

Each session costs £75 and lasts between an hour and an hour and a half.

I’m fully accredited and qualified (seems obvious but you’d be amazed at how many people aren’t!)

Payment is due when you book, however, I offer a full money back guarantee if you aren’t happy with how the session goes so there is no risk to you.
